Tours of Ulger Puppet Theatre of Buryatia (Ulan-Ude) started on 19 April on the stage of Ekiyet Tatar State Puppet Theatre in Kazan. The artists from Buryatia presented a love legend called Angara – Daughter of Baikal. The tour programme also includes Wonderful Trove musical fairytale, Puppet Party performance and The Wolf and the Seven Young Goats Russian folk tale.

Ulger Puppet Theatre is a winner of many awards in prestigious festivals, including several Golden Masks of the Russian National Theatre Award.
