Nizhnekamskneftekhim founder's 90th birthday celebration in Nizhnekamsk

The festivities began near the monument to Nikolay Lemayev where in the morning President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Senior Adviser to the Director Deneral in Development at TAIF JSC Albert Shigabutdinov, Director General of Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC Azat Bikmurzin, head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aydar Metshin laid flowers to the bust of First Director General of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Nikolay Lemayev. The legendary director, one of the founders of Nizhnekamsk city would have been 90 years on 14 November.
