"Heroes in our hearts": Victory Parade in Kazan

A parade of the Kazan Garrison troops dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the Victory at Great Patriotic War took place in Millenium Square on 9 May. Over 2,000 militaries, students of military colleges, cadet corps and the Young Army Cadets National Movement marched in the square, military weaponry, including the legendary tanks IS, IS-4 and T-34 and retro cars participated. The solemn parade ended with a performance and a joint choir of 1,400 people who sang the song Victory Day. Here is Victory Day is in Realnoe Vremya's photojournalist's report.
