'Happiness in the city': Nizhnekamskneftekhim takes part in the celebration of City Day

Nizhnekamsk celebrated Day of the City and Day of the Republic of Tatarstan. Traditionally, the celebration began with a bright parade on Prospekt Mira, which was attended by 4,5k people. The march of labour collectives was headed by a 1,000-strong column of Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC. Representatives of all plants, departments and centres, as well as subsidiaries and sports divisions of the company — football and hockey squads - united in the ranks.

Then the celebration continued in the Neftekhimik Park. Here, the representatives of the sports and hockey club Neftekhimik held a family competition. Besides, the sports club Neftekhimik presented clubs for children, the athletes showed master classes, and the hockey club met with fans.

The gastronomic street food festival was held in the park. It was attended by employees of the catering department Neftekhim - they taught everyone to cook vareniki, pizza, cakes with cheese, quesadillas with chicken fillet and sandwiches.

The whole day in the park there was a concert with the participation of local artists and amateur groups of Nizhnekamskneftekhim. Closer to night, the group Romantiki appeared on the stage. The culmination of Day of the City was a concert of PIZZA and colourful fireworks.
