Tonight the Tatarstan National Symphony Orchestra under piano solo of Ekaterina Mechetina and Philipp Kopachevsky performed for the audience the Overture to the Opera Ruslan and Lyudmila by Mikhail Glinka, concerto for two pianos and orchestra in A-flat major by F. Mendelssohn, Symphony Suite Scheherazade, op.35 N. by Rimsky-Korsakov. For the first time in Kazan the orchestra has been conducted by Kristiina Poska from Estonia.
