Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has participated in the celebration of the Tatar folk holiday Sabantuy in Kazan today. The birch wood in Mirny settlement became the main site of the holiday. This year Sabantuy has been held during the 2018 FIFA WC, and FIFA General Coordinator Anthony Baffoe and FIFA Commissar Stefano Pucci were honourable guests of the holiday in Kazan.
