Nizhnekamskneftekhim participated in all-Russian campaign ''Week without Turnstiles''. During the campaign, the company invited students to production sites of the enterprise. Third-year students of the Nizhnekamsk Chemical and Technological Institute were the first guests. They were instructed, given helmets with gas masks, shown the museum of the training centre and then taken on an excursion to Synthetic Rubber Plant.

It is one of the main plants of the company. The enterprise annually makes about 700,000 tonnes of rubber, the majority of them is exported. Such tyre giants as Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Continental and Goodyear are their consumers.

The students saw how isoprene rubber was made, packed and sent to packaging and inspection. After graduating from the institute, many graduates want to work at Nizhnekamskneftekhim, which the core enterprise. This is why such an excursion helps not only to see the backstage of the petrochemical giant but also know about the profession's subtleties.

NKNKH participates in the all-Russian campaign ''Week without Turnstiles'' for the first time. However, the company regularly takes part in similar urban career guidance programmes for schoolchildren. Up to 400 pupils visit production sites of the enterprise a year.
