3rd Tatarstan Orthodox Community Forum: Plenipotentinary representative's welcome, metropolitan's report and church songs

The 3rd Tatarstan Orthodox Community Forum took place on 24 November. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, Metropolitan Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan and other representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church took part in it.

Mikhail Babic and Rustam Minnikhanov delivered welcome speeches to the participants of the event. Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan presented his report 'About the Modern State and Development Prospects of Orthodoxy in the Republic of Tatarstan'', Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Yury Kamaltynov told about state and religious relations in Tatarstan at the modern stage.
