On 3 March, an away joint seating of the Committee on economy, investments and entrepreneurship and parliament Commission on control of realization of the state programme called 'Provision of accessible and comfortable dwelling and communal services for citizens of the Russian Federation' was held. The deputies considered issues on increase of energy efficiency in urban engineering.
