The 1st Russian Youth Architect Biennale took place in Innopolis. The authoritative jury chose young architects who created the best concepts of residential quarters for a comfortable city. On 13 October, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men looked out the miniatures of the finalists' works.
