Emergency drills during response to ES with the threat of power outages under freezing temperatures were held at Kazan CHPP-3 (the branch of TGC-16 JSC) in the framework of system-wide emergency response drill. The event was part of the complex programme for preparation of the station to the heating season 2017-2018.
