The all-Russia conference ''Blockchain: the new oil of Russia'' took place in Innopolis, which gathered on its platform more than a thousand participants. On the forum the speakers discussed the problems in regulating the blockchain and cryptocurrency to be solved by the state in the near future and tried to answer the key question ''Will blockchain is the new oil of Russia''.
