The first 2017 Kazan Mayor Cup started in Kazan on 2 April. Eight teams divided into two groups - Russia and Europe - participated in Kazan Mayor Cup held in Pyramid Culture and Leisure Complex. Russia Team consisted of winner of the first Russian Cyber Football Premier League Championship Andrey Guriev from CSKA, runner-up of the competition Robert Fakhretdinov from Ufa, bronze medallist Kirill Ordinartsev from Orenburg and representative of Rubin-Kazan Anton Zhukov. David Soriano's Spanish Valencia, Coen Wayland's Dutch Ajax, Kieran Brown's English Manchester City and Sam Carmodi's Italian Roma were in Europe Team.
