Das Lied von der Erde: Tatarstan State Symphony Orchestra presented Gustav Mahler's symphony to Kazan listeners

Tatarstan State Symphony Orchestra's concert headed by Aleksandr Sladkovsky with Sergey Skorokhodov (tenor) and Vasily Ladyuk (baritone) took place in the Saidashev Big Concert Hall on 18 March. A. Schoenberg Transfigured Night, R. Strauss Tod und Verklärung were in the programme of the evening. Gistav Meller's Das Lied von der Erde was performed in Kazan for the first time.
