Digital Breakthrough all-Russian competition that belongs to the presidential platform Russia is Country of Opportunities ended in Kazan. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the closing ceremony.
The competition is now in The Guinness Book of Records. Digital Breakthrough IT competition is a key project of presidential platform Russia is Country of Opportunities. The final of the hackathon became the biggest European competition and gathered over 3,000 people. 440 teams participated in it.
