On 15 February, Kazan Victory Park held a solemn meeting in honour of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. Veterans, cadets, students in memory of those killed in the Afghan war laid flowers at the Eternal flame. The photo correspondent of Realnoe Vremya attended the meeting.
