Results of Blossoming Kazan project in 2018 have been known. Kazanorgsintez PJSC has been the best industrial enterprise of the Tatarstan capital in improving adjacent territory. Chief Engineer of the enterprise Rafael Safarov received the award from Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin in the official ceremony in the city hall.
