A concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan under Aleksandr Sladkovsky took place in the S. Saidashev Big Concert Hall on 15 September during the 8th Kazan Autumn International Opera Festival. Popular artist of Russia Hibla Gerzmava was the evening's soloist.
Arias from operas of V. Bellini, G. Verdi, A. Ponchielli, G. Puccini, C. Saint-Saëns, G. Gershwin were performed in the concert.
