Stop Corruption from the Council of Europe: anti-corruption study of public procurement presented in Kazan

The Council of Europe presented the results of a study aimed at fighting corruption at the municipal level in Kazan on May 18. The objective of the study, which was conducted in 15 regions of Russia, was to identify corruption in the government in the organization of procurement and analysis of public services provided to entrepreneurs. The meeting was attended by Realnoe Vremya correspondents.
