The opening of the 19th international specialised exhibition 'Power Engineering. Resource Saving' and the 18th international symposium 'Energy Resource Effectiveness and Energy Saving' opened in Kazan Fair on 13 March. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony.
