At the Summit of Success rhythmic gymnastics tournament for Olympic champion Daria Skhurykhina's prizes opened in Kazan on 24 November. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich took part in the ceremony.
