The Russian Artistic Gymnastics Championships that were a qualifying event for the World Championships, which will be in Canada from 26 September to 9 October, and the first qualifying leg of the European Championships, which will be from 15 to 23 April in Romania, ended in Kazan on 5 March.
Nikita Nagorny took the lead on parallel bars, David Belvsky was the strongest athletes on high bar. Dmitry Lankin won a victory on vault. Sefa Tutkhalyan and Viktoria Trykina shared the victory on bar. Liliya Akhaimova had no equals in floor exercise.
