The championship of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics started yesterday in the Kazan Gymnastics Centre. One hundred anf fifty girl athletes from all federal districts of Russia participate in the tournament. The participants will compete in team competition at the federal districts, and the finalists will compete for the individual championship in the all-around and event finals. The competition lasts until February 12.
