Tale Town on the Kremlin Embankment of Kazan has opened for the second time. Apart from Ded Moroz's house, there is a village of elfs each house of which has an art workshop. The town has a cinema with New Year films and theatre of elfs with New Year plays. An ice rink and the biggest ice slope are also located here.
