Ice town opens near Ekiyat Puppet Theatre opened in Kazan on 29 December. An entertainment programme was traditionally prepared for visitors: one can slide down slopes designed for adults and kids, admire ice sculptures with folk tale motifs. The opening ceremony of the town ended with a festive firework.
