The main New Year character — Russian Ded Moroz from Veliky Ustyug - visited Kazan last week. The local Ded Morozs and arrived from Arsk district Tatar Kysh Babay welcomed him in Kazan. The Kazan journalists visited Kysh Babay in his residence.
