A meeting of UNESCO International Forum called Preserving Humanity as Imperative for Sustainable Development took place in the Kazan City Hall on 15 September. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the state adviser to the Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador and co-president of For Conservation of People all-Russian social movement Aleksander Ochirov and others took part in the event.
