The 12th Sviyaga Fish Broth has been hosted in the island town of Sviyazhsk in Tatarstan after a two-year break. Contests in making fish broth, masterclasses given by masters of the Guild of Cooks of the republic, an entertainment programme awaited the guests of the island. A site with free fish broth has become one of the most popular places.
