The first international fiesta of balloons is taking place in Tatarstan's Zelenodolsk, Verkhny Uslon districts from 3 to 5 June. Balloonists from Yerevan, Kazan, Moscow, Dmitrov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa are participating in the fiesta.
