Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with players and coaching staff of HC Ak Bars on 9 August and officially presented a new president of the club, the director general of Tatneft PJSC Nail Maganov and expressed his gratitude to his predecessor Shafagat Takhautdinov for his work.
