President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, plenipotentiary representative of Russian Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill arrived in the Tatarstan metropolis to pay his primatial visit. President in the Volga District Mikhail Babich, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan welcomed him at the airport.
It should be reminded the head of the Russian Orthodox Church will be in Kazan for 2 days. On 21 July, he was going to participate in the procession and foundation stone laying in the constructing the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan.
