9. New Chelny plant of Icahn can obtain residency in the territory of priority development

In 2016, the structures of Icahn in Naberezhnye Chelny established another subsidiary company — Federal-Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny Metallurgy. It is one hundred percent subsidiary of Federal-Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny, the shops of which are located next to the main plant. Oleg Afanasev, director of the department of public relations of KAMAZ PJSC, has confirmed to Realnoe Vremya that the official launch of the plant is scheduled for 2017, but he could not name the exact date. The new company can become a resident of the territory of priority development and receive correspondent benefits.

10. Under the supervision of Minnikhanov

The official opening of the Federal-Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny was held on 6 October 2009 with the participation of then Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and senior Vice President Federal Mogul, Rainer Jueckstock.
